Product Description
The qualified mixture sent by the batchinq system is sent to the furnace after adding broken glass. The loader is automatically put into the furnace. With the help of heavy oil atomized by the nozzle and mixed with hot air for combustion. the heat of high-temperature flame is generated. The raw materials are melted through the molten pool to obtain molten glass, which flows to the furnace waist, enters the working section evenly hrough a water-cooled mixer, and is adjusted to the temperature range required for forming.
The tin bath is the key equipment for float qlass production. The tin bath is made of refractory materials. The steel structure shell is set outside. The whole tin bath is supported by the lower supporting steel structure. The supporting structure is uniquely designed and can be free from the influence of fan and other mechanical vibration to ensure the level of tin level. The tin bath is filled with tin liquid, up to 160000kg in total. The molten qlass in the furnace enters the tin bath through the launder, It floats on the horizontal tin surface and forms a flat glass belt after coolinq. In order to control the thickness of the qlass, edge pullers, qlass thickness monitoring equipment and instruments, cameras, etc. are set on both sides of the tin bath.
In order to clean the stress and improve the glass quality, the glass plate and strip from the tin bath enter the annealing kiln for annealing treatment. The annealing kiln is composed of 150 kiln shell, heat-resistant roller table. composite roller table and tire roller table. The roller table is driven by motor and reducer in groups. The elevation of roller table surface is adjustable. It can be rotated manually in case of electric drive failure
The annealed glass plate and strip continuously enters the finished product processina line. and is washedl with water. dried, scanned, inspected. longitudinally cut, transversely cut. broken, edae removed and divided into pieces according to different sizes. Then, the pieces are automatically taken. lined. stacked and packaged by the piece takina device. The cut rough edaes and unqualified alass are broken and sent to the broken glass svstem through the belt convevor
