JHP-5 Annealing Furnace uses Resistance wire as heating elements, which can be used up to 1200℃. These compact muffle furnaces are perfect for many applications in laboratory. It is an ideal instrument for materials annealing and sintering in your research.

Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary 
safety controls and supervision.   

Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. 

This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. 

Refractory door block must be inserted before closing door.

1. Q: Do you have a small capacity mixer/blender of 3 liter?
A:Yes, we have small capacity mixer from 3L to 110L for lab use.

2. Q: Is it easy to clean so that we can mix/blend different powder one batch after another?
A: Yes, our mixer's inside blades and barrel are all dismountable. You can clean it thoroughly by yourself.

3.Q: Is it possible to mix/blend 3 liters or 15 liters with one machine only?
A:Yes, There is 6 size barrel for 1 mixer from 3L to 18L. You can choose what you need.

4. Q: If I want to mix different powders particle size in 200mesh(74um), how long would be ok?
A:10 minutes or less upon the fluxility of the powder

5. Q: If I want to mix powder size smaller than 800 mesh(19um), would it also capable?
A:Yes

6. Q: If I want to mix light powder and heavy powder, like Mgnesita powder and Cromo powder, the light powder is easily floating on the surface of heavy powder, then the light powder can not well- dispersed. Does your mixer can slove this problem?
A:Yes, absolutely. Our double movement series mixer have unique structure over the world. The barrel rotating while the inside 8 full size helical blades rotating also. The barrel rotating like a 3D mixer. The inside helical blades can do cutting, dividing,pressing job. If our machine used to mix normal powders like milk powder,detergent powder,protein powder, etc.....it will need less time than other mixer.

7. Q: I am in food industrial, what kind of mixer/blender is better for me?
A: All parts connect to food mixture need better quality stainless steel 304/316 to prevent contaminate.
