Introduction:
JZ-V1400X facilitate operation of firing cycles where atmosphere condition can be altered during operation cycle, from oxidizing,(such as air to inert atmosphere), or argon/nitrogen to rough vacuum.This type of furnace makes multi-atmosphere process in one cycle possible: binder burn out in air and parts sintering under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.
These furnaces are designed for accurate air/inert gas flow rate control, accurate temperature control, excellent temperature
uniformity, long lasting performance and safe operations.
It is ideal for laboratories and small scale production for temperatures up to 1400℃.

Application:
This type of furnace is widely used for heating treatment of materials in vacuum, recursive, protective atmosphere, also can be
used for heating treatment of special materials. The furnace chamber is ceramic fiber with excellent thermal insulation;

Packing:
In order to ensure the customer receive the furnace and accessories without any damage, we packed the furnace in three layers.
First, the furnace is wrapped by clear plastic paper, then filled the gap by polyfoam. Finally, it is packed by wooden box.
Shipping:
1.By courier, like DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc. it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive.
2.By air to the air port, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
3.By sea to sea port, it usually takes 15-30 days to arrive.
4.If your delivery time is very urgent, we suggest you to choose by courier or by air.
5.If it not very urgent,we will suggest you to choose by sea,it is very cheap.
