Abstract

Vacuum furnace, that is, the use of vacuum system (vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, vacuum valve and other components after careful assembly) in this particular space of the furnace chamber will be part of the material discharged from the furnace chamber, so that the pressure in the furnace chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure, the chamber space to achieve a vacuum state, this is the vacuum furnace.

Principle

Vacuum furnace is generally composed of main engine, furnace chamber, electric heating device, sealed furnace shell, vacuum
system, power supply system, temperature control system and external transport vehicle. The sealing furnace shell is welded to
carbon steel or stainless steel, and the joint surface of the detachable parts is sealed with vacuum sealing material. Adopt water- cooled structure to ensure the service life of electric furnace.

Control panel

The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, which can be programmed and set according to the operating temperature. At the same time, the panel is equipped with two floating ball flowmeters (optional digital display mass flowmeter when the customer requires higher precision), which can be used to enter the atmosphere according to the demand. The panel is equipped with pointer pressure gauge with the range of -0.1mpa.

Furnace Linings

The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina poly light material, and the position where the materials are easy to touch (port and bottom of the furnace) is made of lightweight hollow aluminum oxide plate with high operating temperature, small heat storage, rapid cooling resistance, no cracks, no slag, good insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 60% of the traditional furnace).

Vacuum pump

GWL offers a variety of vacuum system components, from basic mechanical pumps to roots pumps and diffusion pump sets, for customers' different process requirements. Ensure customer's specific requirements for vacuum. After the vacuum is completed, the different atmosphere can be entered according to different technical requirements. Each vacuum furnace is equipped with a gas flow meter to facilitate the monitoring of gas flow.

Super Alloy Resistance Wire

Ni-cr resistance wire (contains molybdenum)has the characteristics of high resistivity, Good corrosion resistance at high temperature, especially suitable for use in an atmosphere containing sulfur and sulfide, low resistance temperature coefficient, and high operating temperature. normally maximum using temperature is under 1200c.

Silicon carbide rod(Sic)

Silicon carbon rod is made of high purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, according to a certain ratio of processing and blank, after 2200℃ high temperature silicon recrystallization sintering and made of rod, tubular non-metal high temperature heating element.It is usually used below 1600 degrees Celsius.

Silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2)

Mosi2 rod resistive heating element, based on molybdenum disilicide, resistant to high temperature and oxidation. When used in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of bright and SiO2 glass film is formed on the surface, which can protect the inner layer of the si-mo rod from oxidation.Normoly using under 1800 degrees Celsius.
